By browsing the Elstara website and placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you don't agree with them, please don't use our site.
Eligibility

Products
Product images are there to give you a good idea of the item and may differ slightly from what arrives.
Product availability
Everything we sell is subject to availability. If something you've ordered turns out to be out of stock, we'll get in touch and either issue you a full refund or, with your go-ahead, send a replacement.
Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes. We may adjust prices at any time. If a pricing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna. Your payment needs to clear in full before we ship your order.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is your offer to buy from Elstara. We can accept or decline any order for any reason, including items being unavailable, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order processing and cancellation
We can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of an order being placed. After that window closes, your order moves into processing and heads out for shipping.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates rather than guarantees. We can't be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or anything else beyond our control. You'll find the full details in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
